Description

  • Qualify and engage inbound leads from freemium sign-ups, marketing campaigns, and current Hilti customers.
  • Conduct targeted outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Identify key stakeholders and initiate contact with construction professionals at small and mid-sized companies.
  • Schedule discovery calls and product demos for the Account Executive team.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Construction Solutions Specialists to build pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce CRM.
  • Learn and articulate the value of Fieldwire’s construction management platform.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Consistently meet and exceed activity and opportunity generation goals.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role.
  • Fluency in French and English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Coachable, curious, and motivated by results.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Experience with outbound sales tools such as Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Interest in construction tech or SaaS is a bonus.
  • Ability to work remotely within Canada.

Benefits

  • Estimated base salary of CAD 51,000–54,000.
  • Eligible for a variable bonus of up to CAD 36,000.
