Description

  • Become a Fieldwire product expert and apply best practices for configuring and using the platform.
  • Understand client construction needs and current technology stack to integrate Fieldwire into daily workflows.
  • Manage a portfolio of new and existing customers to improve product usage and processes.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with Fieldwire clients.
  • Conduct web-based and in-person training sessions and demonstrations for customers.
  • Partner with the product team to identify issues and share customer feedback for product improvements.
  • Troubleshoot customer questions and technical issues as needed.
  • Develop and consult on client processes by acting as a trusted advisor to customers.
  • Learn accounts’ business objectives and help customers extract maximum value from Fieldwire.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional construction experience, preferably with both field and office management roles.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and strong in time management.
  • Diplomacy and patience when working through customer issues.
  • Comfort communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, from foremen to senior-level managers.
  • Basic understanding of the construction process from design to completion.
  • Understanding of how project participants interact to drive schedule and budget success.
  • Ability to brainstorm creative solutions to client issues based on customer needs.
  • Desire to learn in a dynamic startup environment.

Benefits

  • Estimated base salary range of $94,500-$115,500.
  • Eligibility for a corporate bonus of up to 30%.
