Description

  • Handle complex customer experience cases end-to-end, including escalations, nuanced membership issues, and ambiguous problems.
  • Provide human support for AI-assisted cancellation and retention flows when customers need a more personal touch.
  • Support VIPs, consignment partners, and rescues with white-glove service that strengthens loyalty and referrals.
  • Set and model the quality standard for how Fi interacts with its members.
  • Surface customer patterns, product feedback, and program insights to CX leads.
  • Use Zendesk, the internal knowledge base, and admin tools to resolve cases efficiently and accurately.
  • Document issues and resolutions clearly so future cases are easier to handle.
  • Identify opportunities to improve tooling, workflows, and the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in customer support, ideally with technical complexity, retention work, or VIP/partner relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, empathetic, and professional style.
  • Strong judgment and the ability to make decisions under ambiguity.
  • A strong ownership mindset with the ability to resolve issues rather than pass them along.
  • Comfort working with AI-assisted workflows and knowing where human judgment is needed.
  • Genuine interest in dogs and their owners.
  • Startup mindset with comfort around iteration and change.
  • Experience using Zendesk or similar support tools is preferred.
  • Years of relevant experience, education, certifications, or professional licenses may affect compensation.
