Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners in the Breeder space.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and communicate proactively with partners.
  • Guide new partners through onboarding and integrate Fetch’s Breeder Program into their operations.
  • Monitor account metrics and develop strategies to improve partner performance.
  • Maintain regular check-ins to ensure partners receive sufficient support and remain engaged with Fetch.
  • Address partner questions and resolve account issues in a timely, professional manner.
  • Maintain and optimize onboarding materials, marketing materials, and other Breeder channel assets.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly account reporting to share status and health updates.
  • Develop and submit monthly invoices for lead fees.
  • Partner with Business Development and Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing account excellence.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a client-facing role.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in insurance, animal health, or pet-related industries.
  • Experience working with dog breeders is preferred.
  • Limited travel required, up to 20%.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is not listed in the posting.
