Description

  • Design and implement culture and engagement strategies grounded in Feeld’s values of openness, inclusivity, and authenticity.
  • Champion employee engagement, belonging, and Feeld’s employer brand across the organisation.
  • Serve as a visible People Team presence in a distributed, remote-first environment.
  • Own employee engagement initiatives by using survey data and listening insights to identify opportunities and drive action.
  • Plan and deliver virtual team events, celebrations, meetups, and retreats that connect remote employees meaningfully.
  • Partner with People, Internal Comms, and business stakeholders on clear communications about organisational change and new initiatives.
  • Embed DEIB principles into programmes, initiatives, and processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Manage external DEIB partnerships and ensure they remain aligned with evolving goals.
  • Define and own internal survey strategy to monitor organisational health continuously.
  • Analyse engagement results and present actionable insights, themes, risks, and opportunities to leadership.

Requirements

  • Experience as a skilled active listener with strong empathy for the employee experience.
  • Proven track record of taking ideas from concept to execution in cross-functional environments.
  • Ability to build project structures, hold stakeholders accountable, and manage ambiguity effectively.
  • Self-directed ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Strong portfolio of designing and delivering employee engagement programmes and coordinating events across a dispersed workforce.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong instinct for clarity and tone in change-related messaging.
  • Hands-on experience with change management methodologies.
  • Track record of guiding global organisations through cultural transformation.
  • Curiosity about emerging culture and engagement practices and ability to apply them in practice.
