Description

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to business leadership on people strategy and HR priorities.
  • Partner with leaders to build high-performing teams and support employee success.
  • Champion an inclusive culture aligned with organizational values and strategy.
  • Align performance, recognition, and career development practices across the business.
  • Support organizational change and business transformation initiatives.
  • Use people metrics to inform workforce strategy and proactive workforce planning.
  • Advise leaders on organizational design for strategic priorities and scalable growth.
  • Collaborate with talent acquisition on hiring strategies that meet business needs.
  • Partner with total rewards on compensation planning, career development, and recognition.
  • Coach people leaders on performance management, employee development, and talent management.
  • Provide guidance on employee matters, leave of absence management, policy interpretation, and workplace concerns.
  • Deliver HR projects, programs, and strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Champion key business initiatives and workgroups to drive people strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • 7+ years of human resource experience is required.
  • 5+ years of HR business partner experience is required.
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources is preferred.
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is preferred.
  • Experience in employee relations and coaching.
  • Strong influencing skills with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, influencing, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
  • Experience with HRIS and talent management systems.
  • Understanding of AI and ability to leverage technology tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote environment.
  • Ability to work outside a traditional Monday-Friday schedule and outside normal business hours as needed.
  • Up to 10% travel may be required.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
