Description

Serve as a strategic advisor to business leadership on people strategy and HR priorities.
Partner with leaders to build high-performing teams and support employee success.
Champion an inclusive culture aligned with organizational values and strategy.
Align performance, recognition, and career development practices across the business.
Support organizational change and business transformation initiatives.
Use people metrics to inform workforce strategy and proactive workforce planning.
Advise leaders on organizational design for strategic priorities and scalable growth.
Collaborate with talent acquisition on hiring strategies that meet business needs.
Partner with total rewards on compensation planning, career development, and recognition.
Coach people leaders on performance management, employee development, and talent management.
Provide guidance on employee matters, leave of absence management, policy interpretation, and workplace concerns.
Deliver HR projects, programs, and strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Champion key business initiatives and workgroups to drive people strategy.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
7+ years of human resource experience is required.
5+ years of HR business partner experience is required.
Master’s degree in Human Resources is preferred.
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is preferred.
Experience in employee relations and coaching.
Strong influencing skills with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, influencing, and conflict resolution skills.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management with the ability to meet deadlines.
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
Experience with HRIS and talent management systems.
Understanding of AI and ability to leverage technology tools.
Ability to thrive in a remote environment.
Ability to work outside a traditional Monday-Friday schedule and outside normal business hours as needed.
Up to 10% travel may be required.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
