Description

  • Own end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including DPAE, medical check-ups, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, employment contracts, amendments, and other lifecycle documents.
  • Manage visa applications and related administrative authorizations.
  • Oversee the administrative management of Employer of Record (EoR) employees.
  • Track leave balances, manage absence-related topics, and serve as the first point of contact for employee administrative requests.
  • Participate in daily payroll activities.
  • Contribute to cross-functional People projects and annual cycles such as salary review and talent review.
  • Maintain and improve process documentation and the People knowledge base.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and drive continuous optimization.
  • Support the implementation of new tools and vendors.
  • Maintain and evolve core HR tools such as Lattice and Lucca.
  • Own quarterly HR reporting and analysis, and translate insights into action plans.
  • Share People data and reports with stakeholders and support mandatory annual reporting obligations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact with the Data team for the Looker dashboard.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in People Operations with hands-on expertise in HR administration, payroll, and HR systems.
  • Strong command of French HR compliance and reporting obligations, including INSEE, Égalité Pro Index, BDESE, and CSSCT.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in HR analytics and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation to improve workflows.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience implementing or evolving HRIS tools is preferred.
  • Confident communicator who can work across different teams and seniority levels is preferred.
  • Ability to anticipate issues early and bring pragmatic, fresh thinking is preferred.
