Description

  • Own and evolve core AI-focused product areas, including Quote Agent, Product Studio, Submission Triage, and Content Management.
  • Build and lead a cross-functional engineering team of 9–10 people across ML, software engineering, and data/analytics.
  • Define the technical vision and architecture for the agentic platform.
  • Maintain engineering quality through code reviews, architectural oversight, and hands-on contributions when needed.
  • Partner with Product, Design, and Delivery to align the engineering roadmap with business goals.
  • Serve as a strategic technical partner to go-to-market stakeholders and translate business goals into scalable engineering plans.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous growth as the organization scales.
  • Lead the development of autonomous systems that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Proven track record leading engineering organizations of 15–20+ people.
  • Deep expertise in B2B enterprise SaaS.
  • Early-stage startup experience highly preferred.
  • Strong background in shipping and maintaining AI-powered products in production.
  • Experience designing and deploying agentic systems, AI workflows, or LLM-powered applications at scale.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and empower multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong end-to-end ownership and accountability for outcomes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with rapid execution and continuous iteration.

  • $250,000–$275,000 annual base salary.
