Description

  • Lead QA strategy and drive quality engineering initiatives across multiple products and delivery teams.
  • Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks with strong CI/CD integration.
  • Drive the adoption of modern testing practices, including API-first and service-level automation.
  • Collaborate with Product, Development, and Architecture teams to embed shift-left quality practices.
  • Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve test automation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Mentor and guide QA engineers while promoting continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in software testing or quality engineering, including leading teams and driving testing strategies.
  • Strong expertise in building and maintaining automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, or RestAssured.
  • Hands-on experience with API, UI, and end-to-end automation.
  • Solid programming skills in C#, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience working with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps environments.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience introducing or working with AI-enabled testing approaches is preferred.
  • Experience in large-scale systems and cloud environments is preferred.
