Description

  • Design and execute test plans for Amazon Connect contact flows, including DTMF/ASR and automated flow validation.
  • Test CloudFormation stacks, Lambda integrations, Amazon Lex bots, routing rules, outbound dialers, and campaign management pipelines.
  • Validate omni-channel routing and contact center experiences across voice, chat, SMS, and email channels.
  • Test voice user interfaces, advanced IVR systems, and text-based conversational bot flows across web and messaging channels.
  • Validate Agentic AI and NLU systems across platforms such as Agentforce, Bedrock, Amazon Lex, and Google DialogFlow.
  • Validate API integrations using Postman across Amazon Connect, Salesforce CRM, and workforce management platforms.
  • Plan, script, execute, and analyze load and performance tests using JMeter, LoadRunner, or NeoLoad.
  • Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and CI/CD validation pipelines for Amazon Connect deployments.
  • Generate reports using Amazon Connect metrics and Contact Lens to identify quality trends, defects, and SLA compliance issues.
  • Lead SIT and UAT coordination, including defect management, scenario refinement, and UAT walkthroughs.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in Amazon Connect testing and automated IVR validation.
  • Experience with load and performance testing for web and web service applications with high transaction rates.
  • Hands-on experience with JMeter, LoadRunner, or NeoLoad; VUGen, Analysis, and Controller experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with automated IVR tools such as Bespoken, Operata, Cyara, or Hammer.
  • Working knowledge of Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CodeDeploy for automated validation pipelines.
  • Strong SQL and AWS cloud platform knowledge, including AWS Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and IAM.
  • Experience testing communications protocols such as WebRTC and SIP.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, qTest or QMetry, Postman, CloudWatch, Lucid, and softphone clients.
  • Cross-platform contact center experience with systems such as Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, or Twilio is preferred.
  • Understanding of omni-channel and conversational AI solutions.
  • Ability to work with SIT and UAT processes and manage defects with call recording references.
