Description

  • Provide high-volume support via phone, chat, email, and SMS for runners, customers, and merchants.
  • Deliver timely issue resolution with empathy, professionalism, and a personal touch.
  • Stay active in primary support queues throughout the workday and meet or exceed performance targets and metrics.
  • Follow call center scripts, escalation procedures, and support guidelines to resolve complex issues.
  • De-escalate frustrated or emotionally charged situations and turn difficult interactions into positive experiences.
  • Use a computer to navigate multiple screens, access customer information, and manage concurrent calls.
  • Maintain accurate call service logs and document interactions thoroughly.
  • Apply critical thinking to triage issues and route them to the correct department when needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across phone, chat, and email.
  • Ability to type 40+ words per minute.
  • Excellent time management and ability to handle a high volume of client interactions while maintaining quality.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to identify developing issues early.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on weekdays and weekends during Favor's support operating hours.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar contact center tools is a plus.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods, use hands and fingers extensively, and occasionally lift 20 lbs or more.
  • Ability to work extended hours or rotating schedules and maintain a quiet workspace with reliable high-speed internet of at least 10 Mbps, preferably 25 Mbps.
