Description

  • Set strategic principles for creating human-centered products and intelligent experiences.
  • Lead four Design Directors and support globally distributed visual design and engineering teams.
  • Oversee design quality, creativity, consistency, and craft across client and internal work.
  • Develop design systems that balance delight, structure, and global scalability.
  • Improve design processes and introduce more effective ways of working.
  • Experiment with AI tools and embed new AI-enabled methods into design workflows.
  • Translate brand strategy and business needs into purposeful design systems and solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams from ideation through delivery and relationship growth.
  • Mentor designers, support career development, and foster a culture of creativity and innovation.
  • Present design thinking and solutions clearly while building trusted client relationships.

Requirements

  • Strong foundation in design craft with the ability to direct work hands-on.
  • Portfolio demonstrating a broad range of digital products, services, and experiences.
  • 2+ years of experience in the design industry leading teams and creating human-centered digital experiences.
  • Experience inspiring, mentoring, and developing design teams.
  • Judgment and strategic perspective on AI, design systems, and organizational change.
  • Experience designing intelligent experiences and contributing thought leadership in the field.
  • Active use of AI tools in design workflows and ability to drive team adoption.
  • Strong communication skills, aesthetic sensibility, and attention to detail.
  • Passion for improving design practices, processes, and team collaboration.
  • Writing or speaking at industry events is preferred but not required.
