Description

  • Own vendor relationships end-to-end across key platforms such as Healthie, Candid Health, and HubSpot.
  • Drive implementation projects from requirements through go-live, including timelines, escalations, and issue resolution.
  • Run structured evaluations for new tools, including defining criteria, managing demos and pilots, and making recommendations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for implementation partners and escalate strategic decisions to the CPO as needed.
  • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives spanning Product, Engineering, Clinical Operations, and the Executive team.
  • Manage priorities, dependencies, and blockers across teams to keep projects on track.
  • Build and maintain project documentation, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
  • Improve the operational infrastructure of the product organization, including roadmap tooling, meeting cadences, reporting rhythms, and documentation standards.
  • Partner with Engineering and Data to ensure internal tools support the teams that use them.
  • Use AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to accelerate communications, synthesis, briefing materials, and workflow improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or a similar role in a technology company.
  • Experience managing complex vendor relationships and implementations, ideally in healthcare or another regulated environment.
  • Proven track record of driving cross-functional projects to completion with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, structured documents for leadership.
  • Comfort operating quickly in ambiguity at a fast-moving startup.
  • Technical fluency to read API documentation, understand integration issues, and communicate credibly with engineers.
  • Daily, genuine AI fluency with tools such as Claude or ChatGPT, including strong prompting and iteration skills.
  • Experience with health tech platforms such as Healthie, Canvas, athenahealth, Candid, Waystar, HubSpot, Salesforce, Snowflake, or Sigma is a strong plus.
  • Background in digital health, women’s health, or behavioral health is a strong plus.
  • Experience in a Chief of Staff, Head of Operations, or Senior Implementation Manager role is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with clinical operations workflows and how technology supports care delivery is a strong plus.
