Description

  • Provide high-quality real-time customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Manage customer interactions in CRM tools such as Zendesk, Kustomer, or Salesforce.
  • Log and track customer communications accurately in support systems.
  • Work with the team to meet performance metrics for response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to stay current on Faire’s products and policies.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment through knowledge sharing and peer support.
  • Support customers professionally and empathetically through complex interactions.
  • Adjust working hours occasionally to collaborate across different time zones.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a phone-based support role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to handle complex interactions professionally.
  • Proficiency with CRM and other customer support tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong self-management skills.
  • Flexibility to occasionally adjust hours for collaboration across different time zones.
  • Must have a quiet, enclosed home office space with a door for phone support.
  • Confirmed Wi-Fi speed of 10 Mbps is required.
  • Ethernet connection is preferred to improve network reliability.
  • Technical proficiency and familiarity with customer support tools, including adherence to data privacy and security protocols.
  • Adaptable, agile, and comfortable working in a dynamic team environment.
