Description

  • Provide real-time customer support via phone, email, and chat, responding to questions and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Use CRM tools such as Zendesk, Kustomer, or Salesforce to log, track, and manage customer interactions accurately.
  • Collaborate with teammates to meet and exceed performance metrics including response times, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to stay current on Faire’s products, policies, and support practices.
  • Contribute to a team culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and peer support.
  • Support brand and retailer partners by managing a range of customer experiences that help drive their business success.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a phone-based support role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to handle complex interactions professionally and empathetically.
  • Proficiency with CRM and other customer support tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, remote environment as a team player who is adaptable and agile.
  • Must have a quiet, enclosed home office space with a door for phone support.
  • Confirmed Wi-Fi speed of 10 Mbps.
  • Ethernet connection preferred to improve network reliability.
  • Strong self-management skills for maintaining productivity in a remote setting.
  • Willingness to occasionally adjust hours to collaborate across different time zones.
