Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries efficiently and in a timely manner through live chat.
  • Deliver customer service while meeting operational SLAs and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
  • Share ideas to improve the quality and speed of customer support.
  • Research customer feedback and escalate relevant issues to management.
  • Represent the Planner 5D brand and provide a positive customer experience.
  • Become knowledgeable about the Planner 5D product to answer customer questions.
  • Work day shifts between 9:00 and 21:00 EEST on a 2-days-on, 2-days-off rotation.

Requirements

  • Fluent spoken and written English.
  • Experience in customer service, support, or a similar role.
  • Quick and efficient problem-solving ability.
  • Strong customer service skills with an empathetic, accurate, responsive, conscientious, inventive, and diligent approach.
  • Ability to present complex ideas in user-friendly language.
  • Ability to handle ownership and responsibility for issues until resolution or escalation.
  • Ability to sell the product to customers when comparing it with competitors.
  • Ability to understand technical issues and their impact on service delivery, even without being a technical specialist.
  • Experience working with any CRM or project management tool.
  • Ability to perform basic computer and system troubleshooting tasks.
