Description

  • Own end-to-end delivery for client projects, from scope definition through final release.
  • Define measurable goals and deliverables with senior leadership and maintain accountability for results.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, managing expectations, communicating status and risks, and incorporating client feedback into decisions.
  • Plan and facilitate agile sprints, manage release calendars, coordinate go/no-go decisions, and oversee stakeholder communications.
  • Lead engineering teams, remove impediments, facilitate standups and steering meetings, and maintain delivery velocity.
  • Identify and resolve conflicts, manage technical and operational risks, and develop contingency plans.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for large-scale initiatives.
  • Integrate client requirements into broader roadmaps while protecting scope, timelines, compliance, and long-term value.
  • Establish and improve PMO methodologies, agile frameworks, and delivery best practices.
  • Analyze project performance, profitability, ROI, and lessons learned to improve future initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7–10+ years of project or program management experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Track record of managing the full project lifecycle from inception through transition.
  • Deep knowledge of project management and agile methodologies.
  • Advanced proficiency with Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/CSM certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, stakeholder management, and executive-level communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into strategic insights and ROI reporting.
  • Experience establishing PMO standards and mentoring junior project staff.
  • Professional-level English fluency, excellent communication skills, and strong emotional intelligence in high-pressure, ambiguous situations.
