Description

  • Identify, develop, and close mid-term pipeline opportunities against sales targets.
  • Build business plans and marketing activity plans with regional channel partners to achieve revenue goals.
  • Coordinate contract negotiations between Extreme Networks and partners when needed.
  • Support partner sales planning and sales activities.
  • Communicate Extreme’s service model to ensure a smooth after-sales process and long-term customer and partner satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain large territories while growing new business in greenfield accounts.
  • Work with channel partners and customers to position solutions in line with their business needs.
  • Translate advanced technology differentiators into customer and partner benefits through solution selling.

Requirements

  • Successful apprenticeship or university degree in an economic or business-related field.
  • Fluent English and Turkish speaker.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the network infrastructure arena.
  • Proven track record of consistent sales performance against plan and forecast.
  • Experience developing new customer acquisition, including cold calling, in greenfield territories.
  • Ability to maintain long-term accounts and manage large territories.
  • Strong knowledge of OpenStack, SDN, virtualization, security, orchestration, and server/storage considerations.
  • Exceptional influencing and communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels.
  • High self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a region with limited local support infrastructure.
  • Good organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Prior experience establishing a remote sales site in a home office mode is desired.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with confidence in building partner trust and selling through a dominant market leader.
  • Strong solution-selling background focused on aligning technology differentiators to channel partner and customer needs.
