Description

  • Own service revenue for an assigned territory by managing renewal quotes and upselling service contracts.
  • Partner with internal teams and external partners to cross-sell and up-sell services into the existing customer base.
  • Create proactive and reactive service quotes, support special pricing requests, and manage service sales promotions.
  • Identify product upsell opportunities and hand them off to account teams.
  • Collaborate internally to maintain data integrity across sales processes and records.
  • Provide accurate weekly forecasts and report on pipeline health.
  • Maintain Salesforce hygiene and keep reports current and accurate.
  • Build lasting client relationships and maximize renewal and service expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS, service sales, or business development.
  • Full fluency in English, Spanish, and French.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to pitch and negotiate with C-suite executives.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, including report creation and modification.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Readiness to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Background knowledge in networking and IT is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the enterprise and public sector markets in France and Spain is preferred.
