Description

  • Welcome guests in an engaging, courteous, and sincere manner as the first point of contact for Lucid.
  • Deliver personalized customer interactions by gauging guest needs and interests through insightful questioning.
  • Maintain and build a customer pipeline through disciplined lead capture and progression practices.
  • Use Salesforce to track customer interactions and manage timely follow-up.
  • Conduct test drives and explain key points of interest while driving Lucid vehicles.
  • Learn competitor models and packages to help educate customers on Lucid's value proposition.
  • Communicate the benefits of Lucid products and the Lucid community.
  • Handle customer challenges calmly and professionally.
  • Ensure studio assets remain presentable and aligned with the Lucid brand image.
  • Support local marketing initiatives, events, and day-to-day studio operations.
  • Identify operational pain points and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Completed or in-progress bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong oral and written communication, empathy, and active listening.
  • Ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Conscientious, responsible, and reliable work style.
  • Curiosity and passion for electric vehicles, premium vehicles, and the competitive landscape.
  • Comfort operating in an ambiguous retail environment.
  • Physical ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus; Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Flexible availability, including extended holiday mall hours, holidays, and weekends.
  • Valid driver's license with no suspensions within the past year; drivers under 21 must have held a license for at least 3 years and complete Lucid training upon hire.
