Description

  • Prospect, qualify, sell, and close new business with both existing and new clients.
  • Build and maintain new customer relationships and identify customer needs.
  • Present complex networking and IT solutions in a simple, customer-friendly way.
  • Analyze customer problems and develop customized solution concepts.
  • Create attractive offers in collaboration with the account team and business partners.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization, including sales, services, marketing, operations, and support.
  • Develop accounts through solution selling and new client acquisition in a 100% indirect sales model.
  • Support customers in understanding how Extreme’s technologies can help them achieve their business objectives.
  • Work both directly with customers and behind the scenes as needed.
  • Participate in onboarding, training, and mentoring while growing in the sales role.

Requirements

  • Commercial apprenticeship or university degree in technical or business administration.
  • Fluent Dutch and English communication skills.
  • Strong service orientation and ability to build business relationships.
  • 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the IT or network industry.
  • Experience in customer acquisition, strategic customer service, and business development.
  • Understanding of complex IT solutions in at least one of these areas: networking, security, managed services, or software.
  • Confidence working with business metrics and calculations.
  • Passion for new customer acquisition and interest in sales.
  • Ability to work as a team player in a professional, cross-functional matrix organization.
  • Experience in verticals such as Education, Healthcare, Local Government, or Retail is a plus.

Benefits

  • OTE of 110,000-130,000 based on qualifications and experience, with a 50/50 split.
  • Flexible hybrid work model with both remote and on-site work.
  • Local onboarding, on-the-job training, and mentoring from a Senior Account Executive.
