Description

  • Lead pod leadership for assigned verticals by synthesizing call learnings, merchant feedback, and market research into an updated GTM playbook.
  • Own the go-to-market strategy and vertical portfolio performance, including top- and bottom-line growth.
  • Define, execute, and present GTM strategy aligned with merchant, consumer, and company needs.
  • Identify category expansion opportunities and develop strategic angles for new and adjacent verticals.
  • Advise on key accounts, major deals, and merchant growth opportunities.
  • Use claim intake AI agent workflows to execute strategic cost-saving decisions.
  • Identify product opportunities from competitive research, pod learnings, and win/loss patterns.
  • Contribute to a multi-year warrantable product roadmap and incorporate new feature enablement into the GTM playbook.
  • Maintain best-in-class coverage and pricing through ongoing industry and category analysis.
  • Design custom solutions for major retail partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in retail category management, product strategy, or similar analytical, cross-functional roles in e-commerce or fast-paced tech environments.
  • Demonstrated ownership of products or initiatives from idea through launch and enablement.
  • Strong ability to research, synthesize information, and present actionable insights to leadership.
  • Advanced proficiency in AI tools and Excel, including data modeling, financial analysis, and forecasting.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional projects and presenting findings to leadership teams.
  • Comfort with day-to-day deal and pricing support, and autonomy over strategy and roadmap decisions.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement and innovation.
  • Self-starter who thrives on high-stakes decision-making and taking initiative.
  • Strong prioritization skills to manage multiple projects amid shifting priorities.
  • Experience using BI tools to inform strategy and data-driven optimization (preferred).
  • Familiarity with or strong interest in AI/agentic tools for workflow automation (preferred).
  • Exposure to underwriting or actuarial concepts, insurance risk analysis, and retail pricing strategies (preferred).
