Description

  • Handle daily travel operations tasks, including flight changes, cancellation requests, and refund processing.
  • Manage, escalate, and follow up on GDS issues and cases.
  • Handle negotiated rates and advanced refunds in the GDS.
  • Work directly with land suppliers on pre-booking and post-booking requests.
  • Support the travel operations team with operational case handling and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Fluent communication in English; French or Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Amadeus Flights and GDS.
  • Proven experience dealing with negotiated fares and commissions in GDS.
  • Ability to plan, multitask, and manage time effectively.
  • High flexibility to work rotating schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Based in Spain.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support in the travel industry, preferably including flights.
  • Proven record of working in fast-growing environments.
  • Adaptability, problem-solving ability, and a fast-learning attitude.
