Description

  • Manage end-to-end multi-country payroll processes in collaboration with external providers.
  • Ensure the accuracy and compliance of salaries, social contributions, and legal obligations.
  • Administer employee benefits programs including insurance, pension, and mobility benefits.
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies.
  • Draft, manage, and update employment contracts, amendments, and offboarding documentation.
  • Advise managers and employees on labor law and HR policies in the Netherlands and Italy.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including visas and work permits where required.
  • Maintain compliant, audit-ready employee documentation and accurate HR data in HR systems.
  • Manage sickness and absence processes in line with local regulations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for HR and payroll queries and produce regular HR/payroll reports.
  • Contribute to process improvement, standardization, and automation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations, including payroll, administration, and contracts.
  • Experience in an international or multicultural environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Dutch and/or Italian labor law and payroll practices.
  • Fluent English plus Dutch or Italian required.
  • Solid experience with HRIS and payroll tools such as Workday or CloudPay.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, hands-on, autonomous, and service-driven, with strong communication skills.
  • Experience handling payroll-impacting changes and employee lifecycle updates.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
