Description

  • Own end-to-end institutional onboarding for White Label Pro clients from kickoff through go-live and steady-state support.
  • Coordinate across Operations, Market Data, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Technology to maintain timelines and unblock dependencies.
  • Resolve operational bottlenecks in onboarding and change management by diagnosing root causes and redesigning processes.
  • Establish and maintain the delivery playbook and audit-ready documentation for setup, configuration, sign-off, and handover.
  • Define and own the QA layer for delivery, including checks for funds flows, test trades, and platform behaviour before go-live.
  • Partner with Compliance, Risk, and Finance to ensure onboarding and ongoing operations meet regulatory obligations across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Own the commercial cost-structure model for White Label Pro, including data feeds, brokerage costs, and trading costs.
  • Provide leadership visibility into delivery KPIs, risks, progress, and economics.
  • Feed structured client feedback into the engineering and platform roadmap to support continuous product improvement.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in product or delivery leadership within an institutional brokerage, trading platform, or regulated fintech environment.
  • Experience working in environments where Operations, Market Data, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Technology requirements intersect.
  • Proven ability to map complex processes, identify bottlenecks, and turn them into controlled, scalable operations.
  • Domain expertise in brokerage operations, trading platforms, or capital markets.
  • Familiarity with multi-asset products, fund flows, and the full trade lifecycle.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience building cost models, working with unit economics, and translating operational data into financial views.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to align teams without formal authority.
  • Documentation discipline, with experience using Confluence or an equivalent tool to maintain audit-ready materials.
  • Ability to communicate complex operational and regulatory matters clearly to technical, non-technical, and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience with Atlassian tools such as Confluence and Jira, or equivalent collaborative tools.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Based in a European time zone for daily coordination with hubs.
  • Direct experience delivering white label or institutional platform integrations.
  • Background working with regulated entities such as CySEC, FCA, MFSA, or SFC.
  • Exposure to competitor analysis and benchmarking in the institutional brokerage space.
