Description

  • Act as the main liaison for premium retail, institutional, and high-net-worth clients.
  • Respond to client inquiries while following company policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review needs, goals, and satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and solutions for existing clients.
  • Collaborate with regional sales, marketing, and internal teams on relationship and business development strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to improve business performance and client satisfaction.
  • Manage wide-scale service issues, trade-related problems, accounts, and funding processes.
  • Oversee trade and margin analysis and support clients using knowledge of cash markets, equities, and derivatives.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve client relationships and business outcomes.
  • Track project progress, report on KPIs, and maintain records of client interactions and agreements.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales experience in the financial services or investment industry.
  • A valid business network to build a sales pipeline among HNWI, private wealth management, asset managers, fund managers, family offices, and private investors.
  • Excellent knowledge of securities markets, including stocks, ETFs, bonds, futures, and options.
  • Proven experience in financial services sales and key account management.
  • Strong understanding of international business practices and cultural sensitivities.
  • Motivation for sales, hunting, and new business development, with strong prioritization and time management.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are an asset.
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills.
  • Integrity and loyalty.
  • Team-player mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Hands-on, solutions-oriented attitude with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
