Description

  • Lead end-to-end technical implementations of AI tools for enterprise customers, including SaaS and on-premise deployments.
  • Design and execute custom integrations with customer systems, APIs, databases, and existing workflows.
  • Conduct technical discovery sessions to assess customer infrastructure, requirements, and business goals.
  • Build proof-of-concepts and pilot programs to demonstrate value and accelerate adoption.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver rapid solutions to support customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with Sales teams during the sales cycle by providing technical expertise, product demonstrations, and solution design.
  • Respond to RFPs, technical due diligence questionnaires, and security/compliance inquiries.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for key enterprise accounts during onboarding.
  • Train customer teams on product capabilities, best practices, and optimal usage patterns.
  • Create technical documentation, integration guides, API documentation, and other enablement resources.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with Product and Engineering teams to inform roadmap priorities.
  • Work collaboratively in a remote environment through team meetings, standups, and cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Proven experience working directly with enterprise customers in a technical capacity.
  • Experience with APIs, webhooks, database systems, and enterprise software integrations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a creative approach to customer challenges.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment with changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, React, and Python.
  • Ability to read, write, and modify code across the full technology stack.
  • Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and services.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and familiarity with major AI platforms such as Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, and OpenAI GPT models.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development practices.
  • Understanding of enterprise security, compliance requirements, and data governance.
  • Proficiency with technical documentation and diagramming tools.
  • Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and web service integrations.
  • Previous experience as a forward deployed engineer, solutions engineer, or field engineer at an AI/SaaS company (preferred).
  • Experience implementing AI/ML solutions for enterprise customers (preferred).
  • Background in healthcare technology or familiarity with HIPAA and SOC 2 (preferred).
  • Experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration tools (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Azure OpenAI Service or other Azure AI services (preferred).
  • Must be a U.S. resident living in the CST or EST time zones.
  • Must have a dedicated private work area and a secure location for company documents.
  • Must have access to a high-speed internet connection.
  • Must be available during weekdays, 9-5 CST.
