Description

  • Install full Evolv systems, including site preparation, equipment setup, configuration, and validation to company standards.
  • Train operators and administrators across customer verticals and adapt training to the audience and environment.
  • Support go-lives on-site, troubleshoot minor issues, and confirm readiness before handoff.
  • Certify and train channel partners to install and support Evolv products and meet Evolv standards.
  • Conduct site surveys, create ConOps documentation, and assist with pilots, demos, and proof-of-concept activities.
  • Resolve basic installation and configuration issues, including setup, connectivity, and validation problems.
  • Complete post-deployment QA checklists and hand off notes to Customer Success and Support.
  • Own small deployments independently and serve as onsite lead for larger deployments when needed.
  • Coordinate with sales and deployment teams to ensure smooth collaboration and successful customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area or elsewhere in North Texas, with convenient access to major transportation hubs preferred.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, with more than 70% of time on the road and typically 3–5 days away from home per week.
  • Availability for nights and weekends as needed for customer event schedules.
  • Ability to lift and position proprietary equipment and safely handle onloading/offloading, liftgates, and rolling systems into place.
  • Ability to stand and perform physically demanding work for extended periods, including 12–15 hour shifts when required.
  • Professional Service Technician certification on all Evolv Express generations and Expedite within the first 30 days.
  • Professional Certification covering core presales activities and documentation standards within the first 3–6 months.
  • Experience with installation, troubleshooting, site surveys, and customer-facing technical work preferred.
  • Ability to independently install and deploy systems following safety, quality, and documentation standards.
