Description

  • Install full Evolv systems, including site preparation, equipment setup, configuration, and validation.
  • Train operators and administrators on system use across education, healthcare, sports, and entertainment environments.
  • Support go-lives on-site, troubleshoot minor issues, and confirm readiness before handoff.
  • Conduct site surveys, create ConOps documentation, and contribute to pilots, demos, and proofs of concept.
  • Support channel partner certification by training partners to install and operate Evolv products to standard.
  • Serve as the onsite lead for larger deployments when needed, owning planning, execution, quality, safety, and stakeholder communication.
  • Follow TS&S safety, quality, and documentation standards during deployments and post-deployment handoff.
  • Resolve basic installation and configuration issues, including connectivity and setup validation.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, and support teams to ensure smooth deployments and customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • Professional Service Technician certification on all Evolv Express generations and Expedite, or ability to earn and maintain it.
  • Professional Certification covering core presales activities and documentation standards, or ability to earn it.
  • Ability to install the full suite of Evolv systems independently by day 30 and handle small deployments of up to 4 systems by month 3.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, with over 70% of time on the road and typically 3–5 days away from home per week.
  • Availability for nights and weekends, as many customers operate during peak event times.
  • Ability to lift and position proprietary equipment and use safety gear and trained handling techniques.
  • Ability to stand and perform physically demanding work for extended periods, including 12–15 hour shifts when needed.
  • Preferred location in the Atlanta metro area, with convenient access to major transportation hubs.
  • Experience with technical installations, troubleshooting, training, or customer-facing deployment work is implied by the role.
