Description

  • Partner with product leaders to define and refine commercialization strategy for digital health products.
  • Craft value propositions, messaging, and positioning frameworks for prospective customers.
  • Define pricing strategy and value levers for Evio’s digital health portfolio.
  • Establish KPIs and track metrics that support product-market success and deal performance.
  • Prepare board materials and brief the CEO and other executives on a regular basis.
  • Develop customer segment, persona, and pain-point insights to inform GTM prioritization and product-market fit.
  • Audit current commercial operations and assets, identify gaps, and deliver a prioritized improvement roadmap.
  • Design and operationalize playbooks, operating procedures, and reusable sales assets to standardize and speed up sales motions.
  • Assess tooling and automation needs and own implementation for selected commercial tools.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Product, Customer Success, and Growth leadership to streamline deal support and contract/pricing workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in go-to-market strategy and operations, or management consulting experience at a top strategy firm with healthcare experience.
  • Direct experience in healthcare or pharmacy benefits, ideally with health plans, PBMs, or payer-aligned digital health solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering growth outcomes in a startup environment or within a new business unit at a large company.
  • Experience in early-stage GTM teams or startups where structure was built as you went.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Strong PowerPoint deck design skills and storytelling ability.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a strategic and innovative mindset.
  • Advanced analytical skills (preferred).
  • Experience with Confluence, Notion, Asana, Jira, or similar documentation/project management tools (preferred).
  • Exposure to the Blue Cross Blue Shield ecosystem (preferred).

Benefits

  • Anticipated annual base salary of $135,000 to $170,000.
  • Additional variable compensation based on performance.
  • Evio pays 100% of medical, dental, and vision premiums for teammates and 50% for dependents.
  • 401(k) match of 100% of teammate contributions up to 5% of salary, subject to IRS limits.
  • Flexible vacation policy with no minimum or maximum annual vacation allowance.
