Description

  • Lead and develop a high-performing growth team spanning acquisition, creative strategy, analytics and forecasting, and conversion optimization.
  • Partner with Brand, CX, Product, Ops, and Finance to align growth priorities and execution across the business.
  • Build a growth operating system with weekly sprints, ideation sessions, creative cycles, and regular data reviews.
  • Present growth strategy, performance updates, and recommendations to the Executive Team and Board.
  • Own performance marketing strategy, daily pacing, and channel allocation across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and other channels.
  • Scale paid media efficiently while maintaining CAC and MER targets and managing a $60M+ annual paid budget.
  • Develop and manage testing roadmaps for creative, audiences, landing pages, and offers.
  • Lead creative strategy for paid and organic growth in partnership with Brand and the Content Studio.
  • Build CAC/LTV models, scenario plans, revenue forecasts, and dashboarding that connects DTC and retail impact.
  • Oversee landing page testing, funnel optimization, merchandising strategy, and PDP improvements with Brand and Web teams.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in DTC growth and 4+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Experience managing $50M+ in annual paid media budgets.
  • Proven success scaling a business from $150M to $250M+ in revenue.
  • Deep fluency in creative performance, including hooks, concepts, variations, and fatigue patterns.
  • Experience leading teams across acquisition, lifecycle, analytics, and CRO.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Northbeam, GA4, or similar tools.
  • Ability to translate insights into action quickly and operate effectively in a founder-led, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills and a high-integrity, humble leadership style.
  • CPG or beverage experience is required.
  • Experience with retail media such as Roundel, Instacart, or Amazon is preferred.
  • Experience working with large in-house content teams is preferred.
  • Prior experience scaling subscription businesses is preferred.
