Description

  • Act as the primary point of contact for attorney and law firm clients and maintain consistent, high-quality communication.
  • Build trusted client relationships by understanding business objectives, managing expectations, and delivering strong service.
  • Collaborate with SEO, Paid Media, and other internal teams to develop solutions and improve client outcomes.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics platforms and reporting tools, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports with results, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement and provide data-driven guidance to improve marketing performance.
  • Recommend marketing products, services, and strategies aligned with each client's goals and business needs.
  • Proactively address client concerns, anticipate challenges, and implement solutions to support retention and long-term success.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that improve client satisfaction, campaign effectiveness, and business growth.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Experience managing client relationships and supporting performance-driven digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing disciplines, including SEO, paid media, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency with content management systems such as WordPress.
  • Familiarity with website analytics, tracking platforms, and performance optimization best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measurable results and client service.
  • Base salary range of $65,000 to $80,000, with eligibility for quarterly bonus incentives.
