Description

  • Coordinate daily service delivery for assigned accounts to ensure safe and timely student transportation.
  • Work with school districts, transportation providers, parents, and internal teams to resolve service issues and support operations.
  • Recruit, vet, and credential third-party transportation providers.
  • Oversee field operations, including new client start-ups, client retention, account growth, and development.
  • Identify service deficiencies, escalate issues appropriately, and help drive continuous improvement in service quality and productivity.
  • Serve as a liaison between EverDriven and clients by providing guidance, direction, and feedback.
  • Monitor local transportation performance to ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions, and specifications.
  • Maintain communication with contractors, community officials, and agency staff.
  • Support documentation for provider information, operations, and maintenance and safety inspections.
  • Follow regulatory, client, and HIPAA-related safety and privacy requirements in daily work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Experience in transportation and/or operations is a plus.
  • Strong professional communication and customer service skills are required.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of customers and service providers.
  • Ability to set priorities, multitask, and solve problems dynamically.
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record is required.
  • Daily travel is required, with regular pre-planned travel within the Southern California territory.
  • Must pass a drug screen and background check as a condition of employment.
  • Fluent Spanish is a plus.
