Description

Design and deliver scalable, reliable, high-performance backend capabilities for complex enterprise workflows and operational systems.
Apply AI-first engineering practices to prototype, iterate, validate, and deliver solutions efficiently.
Use AI-augmented workflows, automation, observability, and testing to improve software quality and reduce manual effort across the SDLC.
Support progressive delivery, controlled rollouts, production stability, and continuous engineering improvement.
Collaborate with Product, SRE, QA, frontend, mobile, and other engineering teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Promote engineering excellence through documentation, reusable knowledge sharing, ownership practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Build and maintain backend services and enterprise-grade platforms in distributed environments.
Contribute to secure coding, service integrations, and production support for cloud-native systems.

Requirements

Around 5+ years of professional experience building backend applications and enterprise-grade software platforms.
Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Maven, and backend service development.
Experience using AI engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Codex, Kiro, or similar platforms.
Experience building cloud-native applications using AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and microservices-based architectures.
Familiarity with MongoDB, Redis, S3, DynamoDB, and real-time integration patterns across distributed systems.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitLab CI, Argo CD, DevOps practices, feature-flag-driven development, and progressive delivery platforms such as Split.io.
Strong understanding of observability, production support, secure coding practices, service integrations, and modern Agile/Scrum environments.
Nice to have: experience with Python for automation, scripting, AI-assisted workflows, or backend tooling.
Nice to have: experience with JavaScript, frontend technologies, and modern web application development.
