Description

  • Build trusted relationships with UK managers and serve as a go-to People and Culture advisor.
  • Coach leaders on performance management, employee engagement, team effectiveness, and difficult conversations.
  • Lead UK employee relations cases end to end, including absence management, disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, and performance issues.
  • Provide practical guidance on UK employment law, internal policies, and people practices.
  • Partner with leaders on organizational change, including restructures and role changes, to support fair and compliant outcomes.
  • Analyze engagement surveys, exit feedback, and employee insights to identify trends and improvement actions.
  • Act as the UK point of contact for employee benefits, including annual enrolment and employee queries.
  • Coordinate with brokers, vendors, Finance, Payroll, Legal, People Operations, and the global People team.
  • Identify and implement improvements to UK People processes and ways of working.
  • Contribute ideas and insights to global People and Culture initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as an HR or People and Culture Generalist.
  • Hands-on Business Partner experience in a UK environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Proven end-to-end employee relations experience.
  • Experience partnering with managers on performance, engagement, organizational change, and sensitive people matters.
  • Sound judgement and strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Pragmatic, commercially aware approach.
  • Confidence working independently.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with global and cross-functional teams.
