Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close within the assigned territory.
  • Generate new-logo opportunities through proactive outreach and channel or partner plays.
  • Build trusted executive relationships and sell at the C-suite level across Security, Business Continuity, Operations, and Compliance.
  • Run a consultative, multi-threaded enterprise sales process using MEDDPICC and Force Management methodologies.
  • Lead and manage enterprise deals typically valued at $60K+ ACV, including six-figure opportunities.
  • Collaborate with BDRs, Solution Consultants, and internal experts to accelerate deal velocity and customer value.
  • Develop strategic account plans to grow long-term partnerships and maintain a healthy pipeline.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a strong focus on new-logo acquisition.
  • Proven success selling into Fortune 1000 or large enterprise accounts.
  • Experience selling into IT, Security, Operations, Compliance, and Business Continuity leadership.
  • Experience selling ITSM or IT Operations software.
  • Strong background selling SaaS and cloud-native solutions.
  • Experience with integration-heavy or automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, SRE, monitoring, or observability tools.
  • Solid understanding of security, compliance, and enterprise incident response workflows.
  • Fluency in German.
  • Experience using Salesforce.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel up to 20%.
  • Preferred remote/home-based UK location.
  • Experience with enterprise deal cycles and complex stakeholder environments is preferred.
