Description

  • Organize and lead workshops with stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements.
  • Analyze business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Provide Level 2 support to end users by addressing tickets and functional issues.
  • Draft use cases and support or execute user acceptance testing to confirm the system meets agreed specifications.
  • Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to develop wireframes and prototypes aligned with business requirements.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to support decision-making and process optimization.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of training sessions for end users and new team members.
  • Perform functional troubleshooting and support the development team in resolving business/application issues.

Requirements

  • University degree in IT or a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in IT.
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, validation, and documentation.
  • Proven ability to model business processes using methodologies such as BPMN and UML.
  • Experience with gap analysis, impact analysis, feasibility studies, SWOT analysis, and root-cause analysis.
  • Experience supporting Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience drafting use cases, user stories, workflows, and functional specifications.
  • Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools for web applications.
  • Ability to provide Level 2 business/application support and functional troubleshooting.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
