Description

  • Maintain and improve Power BI dashboards and datasets.
  • Gather requirements from business units and translate them into reporting and data updates.
  • Implement new data loads, refreshes, and improvements for existing datasets.
  • Maintain and upgrade Data Gateway connections.
  • Maintain and evolve the Python-based data pipeline classification process.
  • Train, deploy, and monitor machine learning models in production.
  • Apply machine learning to improve data or product quality and support data analysis tools.
  • Define, implement, and monitor security measures including vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, risk management, audits, and incident response.
  • Provide user support, handle incidents and requests, and prepare user manuals and online help materials.
  • Deliver training and guidance on information systems to users.

Requirements

  • University degree in IT or a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant IT work experience.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, or big data frameworks such as Spark, Databricks, Splunk, or Hadoop.
  • Experience with AI platforms and techniques such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, CNTK, Scikit, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Experience gathering requirements from business units.
  • Experience implementing connections to new data sources, performing data cleaning, and testing.
  • Experience creating new AI prompts to improve classification accuracy.
  • Experience documenting changes.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Experience with machine learning in a production environment (preferred).
