Description

  • Analyze and improve the quality of multilingual text classifier outputs.
  • Identify data-error patterns and contribute to improvements in rules, logic, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with linguistics and engineering teams to develop and refine Croatian-language parsers.
  • Translate and validate taxonomy content, including skills, titles, and occupations, between English and Croatian.
  • Document findings and follow established processes to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Perform high-volume, repetitive analysis while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Fluency in reading and writing Croatian and English.
  • Understanding of syntax and structural language analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Data Analytics, NLP, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, functions, and data cleanup.
  • Working knowledge of SQL or similar query languages.
  • Advanced experience writing and debugging RegEx rules.
  • Familiarity with text analysis, NLP, or machine learning fundamentals.
  • Experience with data analysis using Excel and/or Python.
  • Ability to follow complex instructions, work independently, navigate ambiguity, and manage time effectively.
  • Reliable laptop, stable internet access, and legal authorization to work in the country of residence; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
