Description

  • Analyze, evaluate, and improve multilingual text classifier outputs.
  • Identify data-error patterns and contribute to improvements in rules, logic, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with linguistics and engineering teams to develop and refine language-specific parsers.
  • Translate and validate Skills, Titles, and Occupations taxonomy content between English and Arabic.
  • Document findings and follow established processes to maintain consistency and quality.

Requirements

  • Fluency in reading and writing Arabic and English, with strong linguistic attention to detail.
  • Understanding of syntax and structural language analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, functions, and data cleanup.
  • Working knowledge of SQL or similar query languages.
  • Advanced experience writing and debugging RegEx rules.
  • Familiarity with text analysis, NLP, or machine learning fundamentals.
  • Experience performing data analysis with Excel and/or Python.
  • Ability to maintain accuracy during high-volume, repetitive work and work independently through ambiguity.
  • Strong organization, urgency, and time-management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Data Analytics, NLP, or a related field preferred; reliable laptop and stable internet required. Candidates must already be authorized to work in their country of residence; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
