Description

  • Manage environmental engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors to keep project objectives, deliverables, and execution aligned.
  • Manage project schedules, resources, and budget allocations, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Track timesheets, expenses, and ongoing project costs to support accurate project control.
  • Prepare detailed reports and manage project documentation in shared folders and databases.
  • Create and review proposals, including bid documents and pricing sheets for existing clients.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, team members, and external contractors.
  • Adjust working hours to align with client time zones and support night shift coverage ending around 1:00 AM IST.
  • Support marketing and sales activities when needed.
  • Create and monitor project budgets and P&L, and help ensure accuracy of reporting data.

Requirements

  • 5 years of project management experience.
  • 2 years of experience managing construction or environmental projects.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Trello, Airtable, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience working in a similar environment.
  • Comfort managing workers in the USA and adjusting timing based on the client's location.
  • Availability to work night shift, typically ending around 1:00 AM IST.
