Description

  • Manage a portfolio of mid-market professional services and compliance clients as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Own renewal cycles and drive retention across the existing book of business.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client accounts.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to uncover workflow and compliance challenges and align solutions to client needs.
  • Build and deepen relationships across multiple stakeholder levels, including Managing Partners, IT/Security leads, and Finance Directors.
  • Maintain accurate account records, renewal forecasts, and CRM hygiene using a structured methodology such as MEDDICC.
  • Support the company’s sales organization during a high-growth scaling phase post-acquisition.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS.
  • 2+ years specifically in account management, customer success, or renewal-focused roles.
  • Experience selling into or managing accounts in financial services, professional services, or other regulated industries.
  • A track record of driving net revenue retention through expansion and renewals.
  • Comfortable navigating complex organizations with multiple decision-makers.
  • Disciplined CRM habits and a structured approach to account planning and forecasting.
  • Experience using a structured sales methodology such as MEDDICC.
  • Relationship-driven with a strong commercial mindset.
