Description

  • Achieve regional sales quota and drive team revenue growth.
  • Lead strategic planning and business development efforts.
  • Identify, pursue, and develop new account customers.
  • Grow annual revenue from existing accounts.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and coach account executives.
  • Manage profit and budget responsibilities for the region.
  • Conduct business in a professional, competent, and ethical manner.
  • Follow the company’s performance review process to provide feedback and support employee development.
  • Collaborate on strategic initiatives to drive innovation and organizational improvement.
  • Resolve team conflicts proactively and escalate concerns when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of management experience preferred.
  • 10+ years of successful technology sales experience, including at least 8 years of consistent quota achievement.
  • Knowledge of the e-business solution environment and financing.
  • Proven ability to qualify, penetrate, and close new accounts.
  • High-level presentation skills required.
  • Team-oriented sales approach required.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • 30% business travel required.
