Description

  • Lead one or more complex enterprise, cross-functional initiatives from intake through stabilization and value realization.
  • Develop and maintain delivery plans covering scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, resourcing, and readiness checkpoints.
  • Manage interdependencies across initiatives, vendors, and operational teams.
  • Facilitate governance reviews, structured forums, and decision checkpoints to maintain momentum and alignment.
  • Surface delivery risks, tradeoffs, and resource constraints with recommended paths forward.
  • Partner with business owners to define success criteria, adoption expectations, and readiness requirements.
  • Ensure appropriate business representation and engagement throughout delivery.
  • Maintain executive-ready artifacts such as charters, scope summaries, status reports, risk logs, and decision support materials.
  • Lead or support quarterly portfolio and governance reviews with clear reporting and recommendations.
  • Embed change management, readiness, training, communications, and operational handoff planning into delivery.
  • Track post-go-live outcomes, benefits, and measurable success metrics, and contribute to PMO standards and best practices.
  • Promote responsible use of AI and automation to improve reporting, analysis, intake quality, and delivery efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience leading enterprise, cross-functional initiatives with significant dependencies and stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong project management and change management skills and experience.
  • Experience in governance, executive-ready reporting, business readiness, adoption planning, and value realization tracking.
  • Strong executive communication, facilitation, influence, and systems-thinking skills.
  • Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or other complex matrixed organizations is required.
  • P&C insurance industry experience is strongly preferred.
  • Formal PMO or project management experience is preferred but not required.
  • Enterprise PMO or governance-based delivery experience is preferred but not required.
  • Experience partnering with Finance and business leaders to define and track measurable outcomes is preferred.
  • PMP, Prosci, Lean, or similar certifications are preferred.
  • Strong reporting and technical skills are required; experience with AI tools such as CoPilot and SmartSheets is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt well to changing priorities and deadlines and to solve problems effectively.

  • Base salary range of $130,000 to $170,000, excluding bonuses and benefits.
