Description

  • Build AI-powered workflows, agents, and automation for demand and pipeline generation.
  • Connect Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, website, product, and third-party data to identify signals and trigger actions.
  • Develop systems for account research, intent identification, personalized outreach, experimentation, and measurement.
  • Automate paid acquisition infrastructure across LinkedIn and Google, including audiences, campaign setup, and optimization.
  • Own eon.io’s technical growth infrastructure, including page architecture, personalization, experimentation, and CRO.
  • Build free tools, calculators, benchmarks, datasets, and technical resources for target customers.
  • Develop distribution through developer communities, integrations, marketplaces, technical ecosystems, and product-led mechanics.
  • Prototype, measure, and refine new growth channels, tools, and GTM ideas.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue Operations to build capabilities on top of core systems.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience building and shipping production software.
  • Strong coding skills and the ability to take ideas from concept to production independently.
  • Experience with Python and/or TypeScript, APIs, webhooks, and SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent.
  • Experience building with LLM APIs, agents, or AI-powered workflows.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, data systems, automation, web technologies, and third-party platforms.
  • Demonstrated builder mindset, speed, curiosity, and willingness to learn by shipping.
  • Evidence of building a product, tool, open-source project, automation, or technical experiment that people used.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, advertising platform APIs, or marketing automation preferred.
  • Experience in growth, marketing, GTM, developer relations, technical products, cloud infrastructure, data, backup, or security preferred.
