Description

  • Build and ship full-stack features and bug fixes, focusing on SQL Server queries and stored procedures.
  • Follow code quality, testing, source control, and deployment practices.
  • Own shipped work by identifying and resolving bugs, regressions, slow queries, and open issues.
  • Participate in pull request reviews and technical discussions while seeking and providing feedback.
  • Protect PHI and sensitive customer data by following HIPAA guidelines and using mocked or anonymized data.
  • Develop product and domain knowledge and grow toward independently designing and delivering features.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and QA throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of software development experience, including professional, internship, academic, or personal projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience or certifications.
  • Working knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL, including joins, stored procedures, indexes, and execution plans.
  • Working knowledge of C# and .NET Core, including REST API development or integration.
  • Understanding of full-stack data flow from SQL Server through .NET Core APIs to React.
  • Foundational knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
  • Basic knowledge of source control tools such as Git and deployment tools.
  • Experience contributing to and clearly describing a delivered feature or project.
  • Collaborative, accountable approach with an understanding of healthcare data protection responsibilities.
  • Preferred: experience with React, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, database design, query tuning, migrations, Fluent UI, or AI-assisted tools such as Claude Code or Copilot.
