Description

  • Lead post-sale consulting engagements to guide clients through onboarding and configuration of utility products.
  • Configure software to match client workflows and ensure accurate billing and regulatory compliance.
  • Troubleshoot implementation issues, document findings, and escalate complex problems when needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations and Fulfillment to ensure smooth project handoffs.
  • Support the creation and improvement of standard operating procedures and process improvements.
  • Maintain strong client satisfaction through clear communication and responsive support.
  • Communicate regulatory updates and help clients make compliance-related adjustments.
  • Configure and test software systems based on client specifications.
  • Work with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.
  • Manage multiple implementation tasks at once while meeting deadlines and maintaining detailed documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in software implementation, utility billing, or a related field.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage workload efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and ability to learn new platforms quickly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain professional interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt existing solutions to unique client needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience in a client-facing or consultative role preferred.
  • Familiarity with the multifamily housing industry and utility regulations is a plus.

  • Salary range of $55,800 to $88,100 per year.
