Description

  • Run recurring customer sessions with operators and builders to uncover on-the-ground realities that shape the solution.
  • Build interfaces, field agents, automations, data models, and integrations that turn solution vision into working systems.
  • Decide when to evolve the design and when to hold the vision based on user feedback and delivery realities.
  • Bring solutions, not just issues, when customer feedback reveals a design problem.
  • Use AI to build more efficiently and reinvest the time in customer-facing work.
  • QA your own work against real user behavior, not just system functionality.
  • Create reusable build patterns that can scale beyond a single engagement.
  • Contribute to solution design, delivery coordination, or hands-on build work depending on the engagement.
  • Work directly with customer stakeholders to present trade-offs clearly and help drive decisions.
  • Achieve full Airtable platform proficiency within 90 days, including advanced work across core platform areas.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a client-facing delivery or implementation role.
  • Direct accountability for whether systems work in practice, not just whether they shipped.
  • Hands-on experience building complex systems with forms, automations, integrations, and data models.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with C-level sponsors, technical stakeholders, and business SMEs.
  • Ability to identify whether a customer issue is a design problem or a change management problem.
  • Proven ability to present trade-offs persuasively and redirect customers toward workable solutions.
  • Comfort using AI throughout the delivery lifecycle, including designing, building, testing, and documenting.
  • Ability to explain which tasks are delegated to AI, how much time it saves, and where human judgment is still required.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn a complex platform quickly and reach proficiency within 90 days.
  • Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Sales to drive outcomes and ensure cross-functional alignment.

Benefits

  • On-target earnings of $170,000–$221,500 USD for San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, Los Angeles, and New York roles.
  • On-target earnings of $153,000–$199,800 USD for all other work locations, including remote.
  • Total compensation includes benefits.
  • Total compensation may include restricted stock units.
  • Total compensation may include incentive compensation.
  • Reasonable accommodations are available for qualified applicants during the hiring process.
