Description

  • Manage incoming cases related to existing reports and dashboards.
  • Investigate quality issues escalated by other GLG teams.
  • Conduct in-depth research using proprietary databases and public sources to support quality engagements.
  • Identify, assess, manage, and report risks in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with global teams to maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date Network Member profiles.
  • Provide feedback on processes, guidelines, and protocols to improve quality-related decision-making.
  • Communicate with Network Members and internal stakeholders to resolve outstanding concerns.

Requirements

  • Ability to work EMEA hours.
  • 1–2 years of relevant industry experience, supported by strong academic performance.
  • Background in corporate governance, risk management, quality control, internal audit, or a similar field preferred.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders across regions and time zones.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including handling challenging conversations across phone, email, and in-person channels.
  • Excellent internet-based research skills; familiarity with online investigative tools is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment and collaborate effectively with a team.
