Description

  • Lead client implementation project teams and apply project management best practices.
  • Define project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies with emphasis on ACV recognition.
  • Oversee implementation projects throughout their lifecycle and ensure teams meet procedures and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress, report key metrics, and provide updates to the Associate Director.
  • Mentor and guide junior project managers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align implementation strategies with organizational goals.
  • Resolve project-related issues and identify and mitigate risks.
  • Optimize project management methodologies based on industry trends and client onboarding needs.
  • Collaborate with the Associate Director to maximize ACV recognition.
  • Travel as needed for client or team requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive project management experience or related experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and client implementation challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • PMP or other relevant project management certification preferred.
  • Experience using project management tools and software preferred.
  • Familiarity with software implementation and ACV recognition preferred.
  • Experience managing remote or international projects preferred.
  • Utah-based employees must work in the office three days per week; travel may be required.
