Description

  • Lead project teams delivering client software implementation initiatives.
  • Define project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk-management strategies.
  • Oversee implementation projects throughout the full project lifecycle.
  • Monitor progress, track key metrics including ACV recognition, and report updates to the Associate Director.
  • Ensure project teams follow project-management procedures and meet delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align implementation strategy with organizational goals.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for resolving project issues and mitigating risks.
  • Mentor and guide junior project managers.
  • Improve client-onboarding methodologies based on industry trends and implementation practices.
  • Travel for client or team needs as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive project management or related experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team-management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of project-management concepts, methodologies, and client implementation challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
  • PMP or another relevant project-management certification (preferred).
  • Experience with project-management tools and software (preferred).
  • Familiarity with software implementation and ACV recognition (preferred).
  • Experience managing remote or international projects (preferred).
